You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us and request a return.

Please include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
Once your return request has been approved, we will send you the return instructions. Your return must be sent within 8 days of receiving these instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be in appropriate condition and include all items originally received.
For hygiene reasons, intimate garments that have been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the fit may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.
We reserve the right to refuse returns showing excessive wear, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, Auren Studio will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
